She brings expertise in change management, reorganizations and steering thoughtful transformation while enabling growth across multiple industries, including sports & entertainment, financial services and the cable industry.
Sandy founded Trakehner Leadership to meet a clear need in the market to provide practical solutions for business and HR leaders when they are faced with their biggest opportunities in the midst of disruption and potential chaos.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, culture building, change management, process improvement, talent development and project management.
Spanning industries that include sports & entertainment, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, automotive and finance, Jen works with companies going through significant transformations and crisis situations. She loves partnering with clients to lay the groundwork for best practice infrastructure, such as internal communications frameworks, recognition programs, engagement platforms, organizational structure, policy work, and total rewards.
Most importantly, Jen is ALWAYS calm in the most chaotic of situations.
